I’m currently working with a mid-sized consumer goods company in the U.S., and we’re in the process of expanding our product line to attract new customers. However, one concern that keeps coming up is how to retain our existing customers while introducing new items to the market.

We’ve noticed that when new products launch, our marketing team tends to focus heavily on acquisition rather than engagement, and some loyal customers feel left behind. I’d love to hear from others in this forum —
